Mr. Marco Anzani shares how his passion started at an early age. “As a child I saw my mother prepare the greatest meals and with such dedication. This made me pursue a degree, get a career, and have mentors who all had restaurants that eventually received Michelin stars.”
Along with his wife, Mrs. Kate Anzani, they saw an opportunity to trail blaze the food industry and bring global standards to Cebu, which is considered an upcoming global city. And as the city continues to seek out stand-alone and stand-out specialty dining places, they take privilege to be the benchmark of such standards.
“The standards were high to begin with“ he shared, but they made sure not to compromise the authenticity of the dishes they serve.
