    The Partner for Change
Education is the way out of poverty and can better our lives. Sending at least one member of a family to a technical vocational school, like TESDA, and thus getting a noble job will give a better life to the family as a whole. As a partner for change, TESDA is tasked with managing the TVET sector, regulating through standards, and provides the foundation for exhibiting the abilities of its people and their growth. It is not merely about training people for a specific skill set or competency but, it is for their future, to become globally competitive individuals.
Furthermore, TESDA unlocks potentials and transforms people through their programs designed for specific demands. This is to ensure that we keep up with development of the region.

  • Pioneering ESL

Study abroad programs catering to ESL learners in Cebu are valuable and relevant. Many people choose specifically to study in Cebu, regardless of other options. ESL in this region has its own distinctive features. It does not only focus on the language skill itself, but it also promotes cultural understanding and awareness.
We will not over-emphasize how valuable ESL is however, we feel we are blessed with an environment where many people from Japan and other countries can visit and study.

  • Message for Constituents and Sakura Readers&Message for ESL Students

“We hope to continue to earn the trust of our constituents and for the readers to make use of the appropriate training programs we offer”.
To our Japanese tourists, follow the footsteps of those who have come here before.
“We hope when you go back to your country, you can bring more than just knowledge but also the culture because there are many things to learn in Cebu more than just language”.
