COSMOBLISS' owner, Mr. Tim, continues to offer reasonably priced services for each guest's need and to provide new services such as the "Kids' garden and Beauty."

    The reason I came to Cebu in 2005 was to study abroad. When I first came here, I was surprised by the magnificence of the nature here. For me, as someone who grew up in a big city like Seoul, I have wanted the kind of lifestyle Cebu has with the abundance of nature. So, after my language study abroad, I decided to come visit Cebu at least once a year. Not only is Cebu full of nature, but it's also very international. I think it's very valuable to be able to meet people from all different nationalities. Little by little, I made a lot of connections during my trips, and I wanted to start some kind of business in Cebu. I was able to sell my business in Korea with optimal timing and my family migrated here. Then I started my business in Mactan using the funds from the sale of my prior business.

    Best service to everything that can be enjoyed by all the guests in one place at the same time is my priority. We sometimes can't avoid the street congestion, and this takes time for the tourists to go to their desired places, especially for a family with individual needs like a husband wanting to explore different kinds of Filipino dishes, a wife wishing to visit a spa for beauty and fitness care and kids loving to play. So, to satisfy all their needs without sacrificing time, I aim to provide them a total package service (salon, spa, fine restaurants, kids' area, hotel rooms, etc.) in just one place. They get everything they need and want at COSMOBLISS.
    Staff's fulfillment or motivation leads to high-quality services! I believe that a motivated and happy employee can totally offer customer satisfaction.
    Doing business here in the Philippines also means respecting and valuing cultural differences between two countries, so I also have to take good care of my staff and let them feel satisfied of their job by acknowledging work performance, giving full employment benefits and facilitating meetings regularly. I always make sure to make a great employer-employee relationship, so I can provide an environment where there is trust and understanding. That's why we always keep our motto at work, which is "unity and spirit of helping each other." Our goal is more on the high-quality than the price. I hope that our customers will feel the worth of the price they pay by the high-quality services we provide. All in all, I want our guests to make their trip here in Cebu more enjoyable and memorable at COSMOBLISS.
