We use advanced X-ray machines and metal detectors from Japan to ensure foreign substances and pieces of metal do not get mixed in with our product. At the moment, we have 5,000 workers in our factory in Mandaue, Cebu, though that number can reach up to 8,000 workers during peak seasons. However, every person has a purpose, no person is a waste. We even make sure the fruit draffs are either recycled or are disposed of within an hour.
