  “We began as a beauty salon in Wellcome Hotel. However, considering the location, I found a spa would be more effective than a beauty salon for both the hotel and us in profit, therefore, I opened Well Spa 2 years ago.” At first, he hired professional therapists from the outside but, he found an inconsistency in their techniques, so they were unable to make a good impression on their customers in the same way. This made Mr. Bang create his own educational system for their staff. First, he invited experts from Thailand and created and implemented an educational program so that all therapists could acquire the same level of skills. However, during that time, he had a deficit so he made it up by establishing three more stores in six months. “An educational system requires long-term investment. It is important to invest carefully, while providing thorough education in order to satisfy customers with consistent services,” Mr. Bang reviewed. Today, there are 70 employees responsible for specialized work and the whole is supported with the same organizational structure as a company.
