Ricardo decided to pursue a career in cafes after purchasing a coffee machine and serving coffee to his classmates at the age of 18. He's a person with initiative! He didn't have any money at the time, so he started a coffee shop in a small space in his home.
The restaurant has overcome difficult times, continuing to operate even when it was unable to open due to the pandemic, and has now expanded its premises, increased the number of seats, and renovated the space into a stylish and comfortable one. They now have a total of 24 staff members.
He is also passionate about staff training. By rotating positions, arranging operations so that each person can perform all roles, and sharing information as much as possible, they aim to raise the level of the company as a whole. They say that information sharing is the root of growth.
In 2024, they plan to open a new store on the first floor of the new G Mall in Cebu City, and are also considering opening a Manila store and further expansion. I can't help but feel like the day when we become the "5G Coffee House that everyone knows" is coming soon.
