History of Cafe Des Ami

The owner, Philippe, is a friendly guy, and his personality sets the tone for the staff and the lovely atmosphere of the cafe.

Philippe Estienne. 
He used to run a restaurant in France, but moved to the Philippines in 2009 to take on a new challenge. He researched the food and beverage situation in the Philippines and opened the old store, Tymad Bistoro, in 2011.
After closing in 2021 due to the pandemic, Café Des Amis opened in the same year. His right-hand man, chef and manager Ralph Fernande, has been working with him since Tymad Bistoro and is an indispensable part of Café Des Amis.
